2022年12月31日大晦日ランチです。
オーナーシェフ陳建一の名前を冠にした四川料理のお店です。
旬の素材を活かしたフレンチで提供されるような美しいプレートの数々が次々に、
運ばれてきます。何といっても食材に四川の豊富な調味料が高級感のあるテイストで
そちらにも魅了されます。個人的には、最終のお食事の頃にはかなりの満腹感です。

現在の料理長は、2017年料理長に就任した若き井上和豊シェフです。
日本最大級の料理人コンペティションRED U-35 (RYORININ’s EMERGING DREAM)で、
グランプリ「レッドエッグ」を受賞されています。非常に安定し、群を抜いた実力と
審査員長の村田吉弘氏(菊乃井ご主人)からも評価されたそうです。
